After what must be about three years offline, I've finally managed to get this website back up and running. Quite pleased to see it all still here!
Been looking back through the old posts, songs and videos. Some go right back to 2012, when I apparently thought I'd have an album finished in four months. Six years later, Arcadian Rhythm finally appeared... followed by Arcadian Resonance in 2020. Got a bit quicker with the second one.
It's easy to forget how much went into all this, and how many talented people helped along the way. Good to have a home for it again.
AI has moved on quite a bit while this site's been gathering dust. Some of the ideas I'd have had no idea how to build a few years ago now seem worth a try. The artwork above is a little experiment with that, bringing together bits of the old Playfio imagery to see where it might take us.
I've also got a few ideas for where Playfio could go next. Perhaps something a bit more interactive, where you can explore while the music plays. Plenty to work out, but it's got me thinking and I'd quite like to see where it goes.
For now, have a look around, revisit a few tracks or find something you've not heard before. Hopefully there's something here you'll enjoy.
Good to be back :)
