Velvet 2.0

Re-mastered, Re-imagined, Re-defined.....

Happy to introduce my latest music video. I first wrote this track about 5 years ago, since then I’ve been tinkering! New guitars, vocals and drums have been added and the final track was mastered in Mexico!

For a while I’ve been on the lookout for footage that would best represent the feel of the track. Recently, I came across Reynold Reynolds performance art work and was instantly drawn to his work.

All credit for all footage is Reynold Reynolds – I do not own the rights for this. If for any reason I am breaking copyright, please get in contact and I will remove this video if required.

One of my aims is to promote Reynold’s amazing visual art through my music.

The two films that I have taken used footage are below:

Secret Life is the first of the Secrets Trilogy; a cycle exploring the imperceptible conditions that frame life and is followed by Secret Machine and Six Easy Pieces

Six Easy Pieces is the last part of the Secrets Trilogy; a three-part cycle exploring the imperceptible conditions that frame life and is preceded by Secret Life, and Secret Machine.

Rob Playford founded Playfio Music in early 2012 and produces and writes a variety of music under the name of Playfio. As well as writing music, Rob is always on the lookout for music collaborations with all types of musical artists and creative individuals.
